Return and Refund Policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. You are advised to record the unboxing video using your mobile phone or any other device and email us the recording.

For any undamaged product as mentioned above , simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 7 days of the date you

receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original

payment method. The refund time frame is 5 - 7 business days. In addition, please note the costume jewellery items are not eligible for return.

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
